"I started my career in mortgages over 20 years ago arranging purchase mortgages for a Trust Company. In these years I had enquiries for equity take out mortgages, partial interest mortgages and debt consolidation mortgages and at times The Trust Company could not accommodate these applicants either because customers had poor credit or the Trust Company did not have the product. I later heard about the benefits of using a Mortgage Broker and realized that as a Mortgage Broker I could arrange all types of mortgage products such as second mortgages for poor credit customers.

I am quite proud that our company has been at the forefront of the industry providing debt consolidation mortgages, second mortgages and mortgages in special situations such as partial interest mortgages not only to the mainstream properties in Vancouver & Kelowna BC, Edmonton & Calgary, Alberta but also to smaller towns such as Cranbrook, Smthers, Red Deer, Prince George, Edson, (list them all here.) I enjoy helping people with a new home purchase financing, refinancing, debt consolidation, second mortgages, and private mortgages either with excellent credit and employment or blemished credit and in between jobs or other employment situations.
